Bug: Exit video on sp_a2_sphere_peek looks broken. #1474

Describe the bug

The colours on the exit video for sp_a2_sphere_peek are broken. I don't really know how to explain, but the screenshots I have attached should explain it well enough.

Issue Map

sp_a2_sphere_peek, could appear on other maps with this exit video.

To Reproduce

  1. Open sp_a2_sphere_peek.
  2. Go to the exit elevator room.
  3. Observe the video on the monitors.

Operating System

Windows 11 Build 22621.1992

The Bink to webm conversion was done kind of poorly, IIRC one of the videos is totally corrupted and won't even load at all. We should probably just re-convert them all.
