(Workshop branch) Add a cvar or gameinfo.txt key which disables mounting of workshop addons. Most sourcemods probably don't want workshop content to be mounted, but since the mod runs under the same appid as the base game it will currently still try to mount them anyway. This would allow disabling that.

A launch option would be better here, i think. It's what black mesa does

Sourcemods can't automatically add extra launch options though, unless we ported that one mapbase feature that lets you specify them in gameinfo.

There should also be a disable addons launch parameter to use as like a "safe mode", but this is a separate suggestion from that
