Muzzle flash of weapon world model is visible in first person

Describe the bug

SMG1 world model is not visible in first person, unlike muzzle flash, it's also create shells, because of this in one shot we get 2 shells, and not one.

Expected that I'll see world model muzzle flash only in portals or from third person, also world model should not create shells.

To Reproduce

1. Open any map.
2. Enter in console sv_cheats 1; give weapon_smg1; use weapon_smg1.
3. Look your feet.
4. Shoot.
5. Pay attention that you see second muzzle flash in feet, you also get 2 shells in one shoot.
