Feature: Multiple Keybind configurations in Keybind Editor of Hammer #1515

The keybind editor in Hammer only supports one keybind per action, in most versions of Source's Hammer some options have multiple keybinds that preform the same action for example, Lower Grid Size in 2D Viewport: ALT + S and [ Increase Grid Size in 2D Viewport: ALT + A and ] 2023-08-27_hammer_keybind_editor

Adding another slot for keybind configurations would be a useful for addition for users who prefer to have multiple keybinds for specific actions in the editor.

Moved my suggestion to the Engine repo as I thought it would be better fit to be added to both Strata Source games instead of only Portal 2 Community Edition's Hammer. Enhancement: Multiple Keybind configurations in Keybind Editor of Hammer #915
