Portal 2 Bug: `NPCCLIP` collides with portals incorrectly #1525

Describe the bug

In Portal 2 if place linked portal near NPCCLIP brush - it will collide with nothing, NPCs like npc_portal_turret_floor or npc_security_camera should never passing, but this not happen in this situation. Probably easy to fix.

To Reproduce

  1. Open my map for quick test. tester_test_npc_clip_collide_with_portals.zip
  2. Place turret on NPCCLIP.
  3. Place near turret portal.
  4. Now game don't know what it should to do with this.
