Portal 2 Bug: Bounce gel does not function in the first chamber of `sp_a3_crazy_box` #1572

Describe the bug

After pressing the button in the first chamber that disables the water, putting bounce gel on the surface that was getting hit with water shows the gel visibly, but does not actually function

(BTW the messed up pgun texture is not a bug, custom p2 gun texture is being used on p1 gun)

To Reproduce

  1. Open sp_a3_crazy_box
  2. Solve the chamber normally
  3. when you fire a bounce gel bomb onto the panel that was getting hit with water, try to jump on it
  4. observe bug
