Portal 2 Bug: Gel does not work on the rotating platform in `sp_a3_speed_flings` #1573

Describe the bug

Placing bounce or speed gel on the rotating platform does not work. It visibly places, but it does nothing.

To Reproduce

  1. Open sp_a3_speed_flings
  2. Place gel on the rotating panel in the distance
  3. rotate the panel and try to jump on it
  4. Observe bug

Operating System

Tested on Windows 11
