`func_useableladder` have some bugs

Describe the bug

1. Portalgun viewmodel bobbing when player move (?maybe also some other Portal 2 weapons?), unlike Half Life 2 weapons.
2. Sounds of climbing stop playing halfway through.

To Reproduce

1. Open any map that have func_useableladder (d2_coast_01 for example).
2. Give portalgun with sv_cheats 1; give weapon_portalgun.
3. Use func_useableladder and climb.
4. Pay attention that portalgun viewmodel bobbing, also sounds stop playing halfway through.
