Black headcrab does not poison player #1583

Describe the bug

Because of no hud I can't really tell what happen, but in Half Life 2 black headcrab, when it deals damage to player, sets players health to 1, and then player slowly regenerates. Also you see green screen effect at the moment. In P2CE this just don't work.

Not sure it is for player only or also for NPCs.

To Reproduce

  1. Open my map for quick test. testertest_poisoncrabnopoison.zip
  2. Slow down regeneration with sv_regeneration_wait_time 100.
  3. Wait for the moment when black headcrab and fast headcrab attack you.
  4. Pay attention that they can't kill you.
