Currently, the SendToPanorama function does not work right in multiplayer, as it will only send the event to the host (meaning on dedicated servers, it will do nothing). To rectify this, 2 changes should be made:
Add a SendToPlayerPanorama() function, which takes in a player entity handle as a third argument, and will only send the event to the specified player
Modify the existing SendToPanorama() function so it sends the event to all connected clients, instead of just the host
