Bug: Auto Portals in `sp_a1_intro1` do not render correctly with Volt physics. #1689

Describe the bug

Volt enabled:

20240625205049_1 (The cheap titles are not related. I was using host_framerate.)

Volt disabled:

20240625205529_1

This behaviour only happens in sp_a1_intro1, and only with the pre placed prop_portals. Creating portals with a portal gun will render fine. Tried in sp_a1_intro2, and the portals rendered fine. I also tried it in my own map, this isn't caused by the portals being activated at the same time. I also tried it with lighting, and they rendered fine. This seems to only be a problem in sp_a1_intro1.

To Reproduce

  1. Open sp_a1_intro1
  2. Skip the container ride, go straight to the first auto portals.
  3. Wait for them to open.
