Fix stuttery lasers on moving laser emitters #35

laser emitters currently move the beam in a stuttery broken-ish way. it would be a nice change if the beams coming from them moved smoothly and had the "cutting" particles in the same way that the redirection cubes do.

On a related note, maybe movable lightbridges/funnels should be implemented as well?
