env_particlelight Improvements #39

Currently, this entity can only illuminate env_smokestack particles - I think it would be useful if it was able to illuminate any particle from an info_particle_emmiter, or even dust mites.

I’m not sure if this would require too much technical work, but it would be a nice feature to add ambience to particles.

I think that would overcomplicate how gel in vactubes works.
