Windows/Linux build artifacts will be uploaded automatically at some point, haven't gotten around to adding that yet. I don't consider this code production ready just yet, the viewer needs a lot of work still :)

Also I have a question. Can it create vtf with ATI1n/2n texture format? @JJL772

The GUI can't create textures yet, the functionality is WIP. The CLI can though!

If you want an improved version of VTFEdit, you can check out Josh's VTFLib fork which includes VTFEdit Reloaded. I don't see any build artifacts on that repo yet though, so you'll probably need to manually build it for now.
