Plugin Does Not Load #83

I'm having users complain that the plugin does not load after clicking the Track Time button. Here is an example of where it hangs:

We are using Jira Server & the latest version of Chrome.

A couple of follow up questions that might help us reproduce the issue on our end:

  1. What versions of JIRA Server and our plugin are you running?
  2. Did this always happen or did it only start happening recently?
  3. Could you please enable debug mode on the plugin and email us the logs? If you could also email us the list of requests in your browser's "network" tab that might help as well. You can email them to contact (at) strategery (dot) io

Jira > 7.6.1 Pluggin > 3.1.6

Seems to always happen, we just purchased the product about a month ago. I'll ask my team to bring up the console next time & send over the network trace.

We noticed a JS error could cause this and just released a fix. Could you try updating the add-on to version 3.1.7? We tested the new version with JIRA 7.6.1 and it worked, so I hope it solves it for you too!
