Closing due to inactivity
I have just replaced the old plugin with the new one using the supplied upgrade key.
The application installed and works, however we are seeing a lot of errors being reported when trying to log time against tickets; it pops up with "The Harvest API has encountered an error" window
It still logs the time though.
I also get another odd error regarding a time allocations, reporting "The task Developer is not assigned to the project" - when i'm not using that task; however if i change to another task level "say from Senior Infra Engineer" to just "Infra Engineer", the time ,logs fine - and then i can got into HArvest and change it to the correct one?
These have only started happening since i replaced the old plugin. We are currently using Jira Servicesdesk 3.13.1 (Server Edition)
