add measure_id field to measures #164

Please change that also the EditorMeasure Role can access and change that field . than export the roles @jankohlbach

sadly, if I change it locally in directus and export it, it's not in the yaml files, no matter what export:... command I use not sure how to get it into the files

Did you use the force option , i think you need to use it here since you overwriting a file
