Trying to activate xtranonce to client #68

I am trying to activate xtranonce on my clients. Do I need to just state the URL as xxx.xxx.com:3333#xnsub or xxx.xxx.com#xnsub:3333?

With BFGminer, I think it is xxx.xxx.com:3333#xnsub
