Update for Dalamud API 3 and fixes for issue #1 #2

Hey there!

I hope I'm not stepping on your toes in case you're already working on this. I followed Franz's work for updating the .csproj and .json for the new API, as well as updated the aggro types referenced in #1 .

I tested DDD for a few floors and everything seems to be in order again. I noticed in the Discord that you said you've been extremely busy, so I thought I'd try and help out in the off chance that you haven't had time to sit down and take a look at the plugin.

Thank you for creating this, it's quite useful!

This is awesome; thank you so much! I haven't had time to really work on the plugin in the last couple of weeks because I'm dealing with an abusive home situation and haven't been able to use a computer for long enough to get things done. I'll get this merged and into the main Dalamud Plugin repo as soon as I'm able to.

I'm sorry to hear about what's going on in your home situation, and I'm sure that the pandemic doesn't make changing that situation any easier. I've been in some mentally abusive home situations, and I'm pulling for you!
