stratus-install should state what components are installed by default #127

The help for the stratus-install command states that all components will be installed if none are explicitly selected. However, this is not the case. The components installed by default should stated.

Moreover, there is a typo in the help for this command:

Unless specify all components will be selected

This should be corrected.
