fix problem with news and install icons not staying highlighted when pages selected #1

The news and install icons do not stay highlighted (blue) when the corresponding pages are selected. This was probably a problem introduction by the rename from blog->news and download->install.

The links to the directories is included in the CSS. These have been corrected for these two areas and the blue highlighting is now working.
