Bomber mutation destroys protected entities #264

The bomber mutation is capable of destroying things in protected regions such as item frames when enabled, which can give players the wools in Capture the Wool gamemodes (which can often be stored in item frames), or give items that players are not supposed to have. While this hasn't been exploited much, it still can be game breaking.

In this scenario, I was able to get iron blocks on Golden Drought III.V.

Sounds like the bomber mutation has nothing to do with this. Players cannot interact with item frames in denied regions, but explosions in general can? Have you tried this with fireballs, regular TNT, or creepers? On the other hand, have you tried this with paintings?
