Midnight Train lacks a Golden Apple Kill Reward #279

Midnight Train doesn't have a Golden Apple Kill Reward. It also doesn't have a height limit but I guess that's a feature? ¯_(ツ)_/¯. This was checked last to exist on the 2nd of March.
