Some links still point to oc.tc #27

The following links linking to include files still point to maps.oc.tc, which isn't online anymore:

I tried changing the links to maps.stratus.network, but the files either don't exist there or are just restricted, so they can't be accessed from the public internet.

We don't have our own XMLs public so the best thing for now would probably be to link to the OvercastNetwork maps.oc.tc Github repo

Correct. If a pull request can be opened to redirect those links to the Overcast Network maps.oc.tc GitHub repository, then we'll accept it,
