Build our own gdb, more MSYS2 patches for libdb #48

Yeah, line endings get mixed up between the windows git and mingw vim on the docker instance, and then wsl ubuntu git and tortoisegit on my local machine.

I can clean them up and force push if needed.

Looks like my updates aren't working to fix the line endings. If need be I can rebuild the commits.
