Only converts 30, but not first 30 #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.convert from .m4a to .mp3

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect 297 converted files. I see 30 instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20120609 on 10.7.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Very odd. Skips the first 18, does 1, skips 118 and does 29 more and it's done

Well, if your skipped .m4a files are AAC they are not supported.
