Via WSL I guess? You'll need a Bash shell to run it, there is no support for the Windows CMD shell or PowerShell.
There is also gws2 which is implemented in Rust and should be fairly platform-independent, but I've only tested it on Linux. It is also missing a few features, but the main features are there.
