bug - thumbnail doesnt exist, spamming console #3

Describe the bug When album art is not available console is spammed

With which player(s) does this happen?

this happens from crunchyroll from firefox which it clearly wont be able to find thumbnails for

Does it work for YouTube? Maybe Crunchyroll is just not providing a thumbnail

it works with youtube and youtube music

Ok, so this is probably a problem related to crunchyroll not setting the thumbnail, but I'll debug this tomorrow.

I checked it and crunchyroll is indeed not setting a thumbnail. So unfortunately there's nothing I can do to make it work.

The intent wasnt to fix it, but maybe suppress the attempts to set the thumbnail when the audio provider isnt supplying it? Im sure not many other care about it spamming the console
