[x] Add ability to dereference sender via NMOS Query API.
[x] Create a receiver and subscribe to the sender.
[ ] Unsubscribe receiver and tidy source/flow/sender at end of stream.
[x] Switch to using netadon.

udpInlet is wrongly using the host address in the SDP file as the network interface card to bind to.

udpInlet is fixed and now uses the given API.

Sender can be de-referenced via Query API but discovery of the query API via MDNS is not working. This is related to other known issues with the stability of MDNS.
