Add configuration node for link to metrics database.

The link to the metrics database (hostname, port) is currently hardwired and should be configured by a Node-RED configuration node.

• [ ] Add configuration node to server.js.
• [ ] Change links in server.js and Redioactive.js.
• [ ] Update the documentation that refers to this issue.
