[ ] Tidy up flow, source and sender at the end of the stream.
[x] Switch to using netadon
[ ] Consider support for DNS-resolved addresses.
[ ] Fix timeout maths ... grains are not being spaced correctly.

Understanding of the behaviour of Windows RIO is growing. New cut of netadon code to be tested shortly.

Netadon is now running at speed and nmos-rtp-out has been optimised. Works fine machine-to-machine. Localhost networking causes RIO buffers to overflow.

Successful tests and NMOS incubator workshop at Riedel in Wuppertal, including:

other receivers connected to dynamorse streams via discovery services, including reading SDP files.
RFC4175 uncompressed video streams received OK,
RFC3190 audio streams sent OK,
RFC6184 AVCi streams sent OK.
