[Feat]: Add Tailwind responsive utility class

Closes #35 Add tailwind responsive utility class.

Example for the pages/index.js :

• Added flex-col and sm:flex-row to the parent div to make it a flex container with column layout on small screens and row layout on larger screens.
• Reduced the py padding on small screens by changing it to py-8.
• Reduced the font size of the h2 element on small screens by changing it to text-3xl.
• Increased the font size of the span element on small screens by changing it to text-lg.
• Addedhidden sm:block to the br element to hide it on small screens and show it on larger screens.
• Added mt-4 sm:mt-8 to the Image component to add top margin on small screens and larger screens.
• Added mt-4 sm:mt-8 to the Link component to add top margin on small screens and larger screens.
