second attempt to add the new_extraction protocols. This time without changing other files.

@bgruening I can't access the logs (they have expired) and the deploy settings

@itisAliRH would it help if I push a new change to this PR? Or can we trigger the action again? Would @bebatut still have access to the logs?

The latest state of the extraction_protocoll.md was committed using a different PR. However, we should keep this PR until we test the extraction protocol in the lab and see if the protocol is correct. Thanks a lot to @SaimMomin12
