Put <script> tags in most efficient locations in the HTML #1

Right now, I have a lot of script tags in the HTML headers. Many of the script tags can probably be moved to the end of the html since much of the JavaScript code doesn't really need to run until after the HTML has rendered.

After the tag may be the best place.
