vpn connects, but can't view any web pages #160

I have been using the vpn for a few months now and now, when I connect (at least from ios 12 iPhone) it connects but OpenVPN says very few bytes and any web page will not load. It does stay connected. So, I wonder what is happening and how to fix. I am using Ubuntu 16.04 on the server. Without the vpn things work normally, so its definitely something to do with the server.

Thanks in advance for any ideas you have as to how to fix.

I think you may be running into a similar issue detailed here #1450

tl;dr, check the compression flag on the iOS OpenVPN client app.

Well, I am using a server built several months ago, but I ddid update tunnelbliick. The suggested fix does not work. I wonder if its something wrong with the openvpn for IOS, as its working on my computer?
