Describe the bug Cinemeta v3 seems to be numbering (season/episode) the thumbnail links incorrectly, resulting in missing images on some series. It usually starts after season 1 and continues onwards.

To Reproduce Find any show on themoviedb.org where the numbering of seasons or episodes is different from Cinemeta v3 in Stremio. For now, I have noticed that One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, and Naruto Shippuden all have incorrect thumbnail links after season 1.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://web.stremio.com/#/detail/series/tt0388629?season=1
  2. Click on seasons 2
  3. See error : missing thumbnails

Expected behavior Correct thumbnails links should be showing.

Happens on all platforms with latest Cinemeta v3, 3.0.11

Additional context It seems that Cinemeta v3 https://v3-cinemeta.strem.io/meta/series/tt0388629.json has the wrong thumbnail links because of the numbering of season and episode mismatch that of themoviedb.org. But you already have the correct thumbnail links in https://cinemeta-live.strem.io/meta/series/tt0388629.json.

Example: If you look at One Piece episode 1100, which is season 22 episode 15 in Cinemeta: In https://v3-cinemeta.strem.io/meta/series/tt0388629.json the thumbnail link is https://episodes.metahub.space/tt0388629/22/15/w780.jpg which shows a missing image.

But in https://cinemeta-live.strem.io/meta/series/tt0388629.json the thumbnail link is https://episodes.metahub.space/tt0388629/22/1100/w780.jpg and shows the correct image which is the same as the one in https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/37854/season/22.
