[feature request] Open directly in external player in the desktop client #283

I generally use MPC-BE on Windows and IINA on MacOS when watching media on Stremio, due to them having vastly superior subtitles handling, which is essential in a lot of subbed anime.

It would be super nice to have an option to just skip the built-in player, and have it directly open in my preferred external player.

I'm thinking maybe being able to right-click the file you want to play?

@Ivan-Malinovski Thank you for the suggestion! We already have such an option in the mobile app. It will be added here too.

@nklhtv Hi! I'm trying to use IINA as an external player on MacOS.But there's no External Player option in the settings at all for me.. I'm using version 4.4.168 of the desktop client. Is there a way to set up Stremio to open IINA for playback?
