Would you mind checking out this in the latest version of stremio-web?

We've recently merged a feature for playing streams in external player, which you can see here: https://github.com/Stremio/stremio-web/pull/375

You can set a default external player to play your torrents with. We also have a different menu on the web player but I need to look into it as I believe it's using casting for playing on given player instead of setting a default player for your whole stremio experience.
