I've got a suspicion that the latest discord update has broken the "Show in MemberList" feature as it was still working yesterday and now that's it's the next day and I open up discord it ain't working anymore.
I've already tried restarting discord also whilst turning the setting on and off to make sure it wasn't just bugging or something.
