If I'm wrong then whoops, close this issue as not planned, but I think the current version should look like 0.3.7+1748 and not 0.3.7-1748. The Semantic Versioning specification says:
Build metadata MAY be denoted by appending a plus sign and a series of dot separated identifiers immediately following the patch or pre-release version.
