another feature to think is, from a management point of view. Is getting notifications when issues are fixed or also issue lifecycle.
Let say you have a team of developers and you subscribe to receive notification. You will get them when the error happens but you want to know when it got fixed and possibly when someone logged it in github letting you know that the team got the issue and responded quickly (or slow) and they are aware of the issue.
you should turn notifications at different stages on/off if you want, possibly at a filter level or general, this way you can customize if you want to know ALL stages for prd issues or just notification when they happen.
