Error on https://strider.knban.com #3

Whilst trying to configure the Heroku plugin in Strider hosted on https://strider.knban.com I found an error.

Clicking on the Add a heroku account button it appears to navigate but then fails with the following url http://localhost:3000/ext/heroku/oauth/callback?code=af597592-08ff-4c1c-b052-be0c673b360f

FYI strider.knban.com is our temporary "hosted strider" revival :)

I've been working with @teamzone to debug it -- for some reason the SERVER_NAME or config.server_name is not used.

I think you have not set up an API key with heroku

@jaredly thanks -- by the way we should probably put that instruction in the config.html .. i don't use heroku and haven't finished helping @teamzone so i am not sure what would be appropriate to place there, but i'll try to keep an eye out
