Allow clone of public repos you don't own #6

If you try right now, it fails with a publickey error. But there shouldn't be anything stopping you from testing repos you can clone but don't own.

Ok I think this works now with the latest stuff. Although the UI isn't helpful. You have to manually go into the DB and remove the ssh keys.
