fix: Ember login/forgot/register/reset #1092

Adds login route to Ember SPA, which shows when logging out or visiting /login. The old login still shows when visiting / if logged out. Eventually that will be removed when / is managed by the Ember client app.

TODO:

[x] ignore client dist files in regular code changes, only update during releases.
[ ] reset page
[ ] handle errors on login (client and api)
