allow admins to change strider's url from within the strider UI #314

strider does not notice it is behind a proxy and redirects to localhost:3000 which is not where it is located.

post/pull github/bitbucket links also do not work without being updated manually.

then change where we can change it from why can't admins change this in the program itself?

ah yes, I didn't understand the issue. This is a great idea.
