do we have a UI for changing runners? or is this just not built yet?

it's built, but disabled and buggy. I'm working on fixing it up.

@jaredly ok i started building it but i sorta suck at UX so i stopped. I am changing things in strider-docker-runner/lib/slave.js right now -- wanna get on IRC or something if you're working on this right now too?
