Describe the bug (Required): As you can see in the video, using both duplicates unintended items and amplifies the "fortune" effect by going to values that would be impossible with fortune III (not shown in this video but it is possible for 1 iron ore to drop 7 ingots).
Also applies fortune to items that wouldn't be applied normally, such as logs -> 1-4 charcoal; or Cobblestone -> 1-4 stones.
This exploit can be more visible with fortune III but can be executed with a lower fortune level.
To Reproduce (Required unless not known):
Place Blazing and Fortune III in any tool (pickaxe for the next steps).
Break Iron with an enchanted pickaxe until the game gives you an unintended amount of iron (greater than 4)
Break Logs or Kelp with the enchanted tool until the game gives you an unintended amount of the cooked block (greater than 1)
Expected behavior (Required):
Iron is never greater than 4 per ore. Charcoal or dried Kelp is never greater than 1 per block.
