Implement the Temperature Sensor #6

This can be based on XQEMU's implementation of the hardware.

I added a very basic implementation based on the datasheet that only responds meaningful values to the Local Temperature Value, External Temperature Value High Byte and External Temperature Value Low Byte registers.
