Add list of shortcuts to menu.

Shortcut	Action
`Ctrl` + `z`	Undo
`Ctrl` + `Shift` + `z` (or `Ctrl` + `y`)	Redo
`Middle Mouse Button` on gate in circuit	Delete gate
`Shift` + `Left Mouse` on gate in circuit	Duplicate gate
`Ctrl`/`Meta` + drag gate in circuit	Move dependent gates together (e.g. controlled gates)
`Shift` + `Ctrl`/`Meta` + drag gate in circuit	Duplicate & move gate
