Javadoc API is not available! #66

The link (https://stripesframework.ci.cloudbees.com/job/Stripes%201.6.0/javadoc) is not working. Please fix it. Thanks.

I'm still having issues accessing the JavaDoc. The link resolves to a page with the following message "This DEV@cloud account is currently unavailable"

Javadocs link 404s. Anywhere else we can find documentation or perhaps build it ourselves? Please advise.

Javadocs are in the maven repo. https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/net/sourceforge/stripes/stripes/
